Joanna Skrdlant is also an experienced high tech consumer electronics executive managing the company’s global solution partner strategy and partnerships with semiconductor and engineering companies for audio and vision technologies. She has extensive experience managing IP licensing agreements with partners around the world and has good understanding of contractual requirements. Her track record of creating meaningful industry partnerships, developing long-term relationships and providing clear leadership to her team is nothing but sterling.

Joanna has 30+ years of experience in consumer electronics and home entertainment and has been a technology product and marketing pioneer. In 2023, she founded her own company, On-The-Edge Consulting to provide consulting services to companies that need her insight and experience in the consumer electronics, PC and automotive audio industries. 

​

At home, Joanna is a proud 'phase one' resident of Rancho Mission Viejo's Gavilan / Sendero neighborhood were she continues to bring neighbors together as the Administrator of the Gavilan Bocce Club and founded and manages the Outdoor Country Line Dancing class on Saturdays. She has a 20+ year passion for real estate having studied for and passed the CA Salesperson exam (years ago) and has bought and sold multiple personal and investment properties so she understands the importance of Deeds and Estate Planning.

When not working, she and her husband of 29 years, split their time between their homes in Rancho Mission Viejo and Laguna Niguel, while spending time with their 'senior' mothers and their family dog Olivia ("Livvie"). They are avid sailors owners and crew racing the boat "Schockwave" in Dana Point Harbor with their boat partner and crew and are long-time members of the Dana Point Yacht Club (DPYC).
